You don't need to build a new home to enjoy the benefits of Passive House principles. Through thoughtful retrofitting, existing homes can be made significantly more comfortable, energy efficient and durable while reducing heating and cooling costs.

As a qualified Passive House tradesperson, we understand that improving a home's performance is about much more than adding insulation. A successful retrofit considers the entire building envelope, including insulation, airtightness, moisture management, thermal bridging, windows and ventilation. Every element works together to create a healthier, more comfortable home.

Whether you're replacing cladding, installing new windows and doors, renovating an existing space or undertaking a major extension, we can incorporate Passive House principles into your project where practical. Even small improvements can make a noticeable difference to comfort, energy efficiency and the long-term durability of your home.

Our goal is to deliver practical, high-quality solutions that not only look exceptional but help your home perform better for decades to come.
